If your browser had a problem making a Secure Connection to the order form (the Order Form link):

  • If your browser gave a warning to the effect that the certificate authority's root certificate has expired, then if your browser is...
    • Netscape 4 (any sub-version), this is due to your browser having both the expired and the current root certificate for Thawte Consulting, the authority that certifies the authenticity of BJ21.com's site certificate. You should remove the expired certificate from your browser and keep the new one.
    • MS Internet Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh, this is due to a bug in your browser. The expiration date is actually in 2020. You will have to make a non-secure connection to the order form or else you can send your order by telephone, fax or mail.
    • Netscape 3 (any sub-version), you may have been taken to a page explaining about your browser containing an old, expired certificate. You should follow the instructions on that page to correct this. Until this is done, you won't be able to connect securely to any site (not just BJ21.com) that uses Thawte Consulting as its certifying authority.

  • If there was a different technical problem, please send email to webmaster@bj21.com describing the problem.
Meanwhile, you can make a non-secure connection to the order form (faxing or phoning the credit card separately if you wish) or send your order by telephone, fax or mail.
