Bill Zender, a former Nevada Gaming Control Agent, worked his way up through the casino industry. He started as a blackjack dealer in 1976 and advanced to vice president/director of casino operations in the 1990's. During the 1980's, Bill also played blackjack professionally. Bill has owned and operated his own dealing school, taught university and community college courses on casino management, given numerous game protection seminars to gaming companies and law enforcement agencies, written books on blackjack, casino cheating, and Asian games.
