Someone may have done posted that, or printed that, already, but I do not know where.

Syph's "answer" will give you aballpark figure. It wouldn't be perfect, but it would be a start. T-Hopper's idea would also help you, but I do not understand how C becomes -8? If I recall (I don't have the book here), the C plays are more like -5 or -6?

I saw that you posted on BJ Beginner's (on Green) and I usually try to repsond to questions asked there. But I saw that this thread was already moving along, so I posted here instead.
