The table below lists recently discovered bugs or inconsistencies in the Game Module of the current version of PBA, and the status of their fixes.

  Problem Symptoms Discovered Status
1 Play Analyzer in AutoPlay mode has diverging Best and Strategic play Bankroll and Expected Value After choosing AutoPlay mode, the graph which depicts either Bankroll or Expected Value, Best and Strategic plays will diverge over time, instead of being coincident. This is observed mainly with deep penetration. 11/28/1999 Under Repair
2 Chosen surrender options (not against Ace or Ten) are not effected After choosing Surrender except against Ace or Ten and saving the .pba file, the option is not known during Game play…the Surrender decision button will be inappropriately available 12/12/1999 Under Repair
3 Pieces of, or whole cards remain visible during Play or AutoPlay mode Sometimes, more frequently in AutoPlay mode, the top right portion of a Player card, or a whole Player card after a split will remain visible until terminating the Game session. 12/12/1999 Under Repair
4 Distorted decks visible when choosing User cut feature For 3- and 5-deck games, sometimes when the Game module starts after setting the option to allow user, instead of random cuts, a distorted deck of cards will appear. 12/05/1999 Under Repair
5 Prompt for Surrender does not work in Game or AutoPlay mode Choosing Game Flow option to prompt for Surrender does not take effect. This is no longer a feature and the option button will be removed. 11/22/1999 Under Repair
6 Clicking Replay button on Decision bar activates a button labelled "Exact", but doesn't activate Exact feature The decision button labelled "Exact" when visible after initiating Replay will play the hand "exactly" as played previously. It will not display the optimal play to make for the remaining deck composition. 11/13/1999 Under Repair
7 No Current Strategy displayed in Play Analyzer Sometimes Play Analyzer will indicate no current strategy is in effect during play even though the Strategy Analyzer has established indices and expected values. This can be alleviated by starting a new Play Analyzer log. 10/15/1999 Under Repair
